We explore what matters to you, what you want to create, what may be influencing your choices, and whether coaching is appropriate. There is no obligation to become a client.

No. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.

It means the coach has completed advanced training in transformational coaching and continues to develop professionally. It does not mean that the coach is certified unless certification has been completed and can accurately be represented.

Fear of failure is a common human experience. Coaching does not promise to eliminate fear. It can help you understand how fear is influencing your choices, reconnect with what matters, and practise moving forward with greater self-trust.

You can expect a thoughtful coaching partnership, reflection, questions, structure, and support for meaningful action. Specific external outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your participation and choices are an important part of the process.

Private sessions are held online by Zoom or another mutually agreed video platform. BC-based clients may inquire about other arrangements, subject to availability.
