Overview Dawn Keen International ("The Company") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and applicable federal privacy legislation including PIPEDA where applicable.

Information We Collect We collect the following personal information: your name, contact information, payment details, and information shared during sessions and intake processes.

How We Use Your Information Your personal information is used solely for providing coaching services, communicating about sessions and coaching containers, processing payments, and maintaining coaching records for professional and legal purposes.

Protection of Your Information The Company implements reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. Electronic communications including email, text and video conferencing cannot be guaranteed fully secure. By engaging our services you accept this risk.

Your Rights You have the right to access personal information held by The Company, request corrections where appropriate, and withdraw consent for certain uses subject to legal and contractual obligations. All requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@dawnkeen.com.

Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential in accordance with International Coaching Federation (ICF) ethical standards. Confidentiality does not apply and information may be disclosed if written consent is provided, required by law, necessary to prevent serious harm, there is imminent risk of harm to self or others, illegal activity is disclosed, or information is already publicly available.

Session Recordings Sessions may be recorded by Coach for professional development, credentialing and quality assurance with Client consent. Recordings are stored securely and not shared except as required by law or professional credentialing bodies.

Testimonials and Marketing By participating in coaching services, Client grants The Company permission to use testimonials, feedback and success stories in marketing materials, website, social media and promotional content. To withhold this permission, Client must submit a written request via email to hello@dawnkeen.com.

Data Retention Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above or as required by law and professional standards. Coaching records are retained no longer than seven years from the last service date.

Third Party Services We use the following third party services to deliver our coaching programs: Squarespace (website), Acuity Scheduling (bookings), Stripe (payments) and Google Meet / Zoom (video sessions). Each service maintains its own privacy policy governing your data.
